How we work
1. Scope
An initial conversation about your plant, its current set-up and the problem that comes first. Scope and timetable are confirmed in writing.
2. Measure
Site and data review, with independent sampling. Missing data is flagged, never filled in by assumption.
3. Decide
One measured design basis, the solution options set against it, the right supplier for the job, and the investment case and funding options.
4. Deliver
Procurement and implementation oversight, followed by verification of results against the measured baseline. The output is a record, not a report: it stays with the plant and keeps being updated.
Every step ends with a written output. No result is presented as a number before it has been measured; where data does not exist, we propose a measurement plan rather than an assumption.
